Reading a Listing Before You Buy
Because a gift is often chosen without the recipient nearby, the product page has to do more work than usual. We aim to describe each piece plainly: what it is, what it is made from, its size, what comes in the box, and where a personalisation will appear.
Please look at the photos and read the description together. Props and extra items shown in a picture are included only when the description names them as part of the product. Colours can read differently from screen to screen, and handmade or personalised pieces may vary a little in grain, tone, texture, or finish. Those differences are often part of how such pieces are made rather than a fault.
Where a listing offers engraving, monogramming, printing, or another personal touch, please slow down and check the details. Spelling, dates, initials, and placement matter more than usual, because a personalised piece is made for one person and cannot return to the shelf for the next customer. If you are unsure how a custom option will appear, ask us before you order.
